Interesting - By: J. A. Macdonald, 07 Oct 2008
This is an interesting but not easy to read book. I found myself looking backwards & forwards through the book to piece information together. I gave up in the end with regard to following any of the recipes. Reallly not a good book for Europeans as the recipes are given in cup measurements & suggest galllons of starter quantities.
Very nice book - By: D. Boskma, 28 Mar 2007
This book finallly gave me the insight in sourdough that I needed. It gave me also the insight in the various grains on the market & the various types of wheat & stuff like that. Many nice details. Very informative & got me totallly into sourdough again, which we love anyway, now its just easier to make.
Wonderful book!
