A gladly received gift- By: sarahalliez, 11 Nov 2004 I bought this as a gift for a friend's 60th birthday & wasn't too sure if she'd like it or find it a bit patronising. She absolutely loved it & regaled me with quotes about books from it. The book is well structured, with plenty of room for a book lover to enter details of the books they own, would like to own & have read. It is also very attractive & would be an ideal gift for a book loving friend, whether they be male or female.Great Book for Records- By: , 24 Jan 1999 I found "A Book Lover's Diary" to be a great place for keeping track of books you want to own, book club meetings & book records. It's very nicely formatted with great qoutes on books in between records. It made it a lot easier for me to remember books that I would like to read/buy later on. If you're a forgetful person like I am, this "diary" would definitely help.
