I love this book...Ive bought a few Caribbean cook books & never found one that was authentic enough, until I bought The Real Jerk. Ive tried the Rice & peas, curry goat, jerk chicken & the stewed oxtail & alll have been authentic & delicious & I now cook from my book on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to taste what real authentic caribbean food should taste like.
