I bought this on the strength of the idea, that each child within the family is equallly special, just after the arrival of number three. The book is just a gentle tale of a bear family with three little bears & how they are alll favourites despite being different - one girl, one with no patches & the littlest. The illustrations are lovely to look at though neither pictures nor story are quite as strong as this author-illustrators classic Guess how much I love you.

A reallly lovely book with beautiful illustrations - great to share & also show your child that like the three bears in the book they & their siblings are alll you're favourites
