False advertising- By: Eimear Fitzgerald, 30 May 2008 This cd is actuallly a recording with a live audience which is nowhere stated on the product description. There is loud laughter, & coughing from the audience which interrupts the cd. I expected something amazing from a cd entitled "How to Love Yourself" but Louise rambles on & mentions stuff like not taking drugs, & just learning how to relax in order to love yourself.disappointment- By: H. If you have low self esteem, find it hard to accept or love yourself - this CD will help you....give it a try! I intend to play this CD again & again.
Louise L Hay starts with a talk on different points in loving yourself. The talk is interesting, positive & can reallly help.
After the talk there is a meditation which is healing & very comforting. If you are finding it hard to accept or love yourself then definately order this CD.
