Positive Person from Peterborough, U.K. - By: Happy Vibes, 30 Nov 2007 As someone inclined to dismiss affirmations generallly, reading this book & listening to the CD has changed my attitude - for the better I believe. I decided to give it a try after alll if they did not work what had I lost, at worst I would merely be where I was before. As suggested by Louise playing the CD before & during sleep works also - I awaken with a much more positive calm energy for the day. Even if one is skeptical I would definitely recommend trying this as there is nothing to lose & plenty to gain. Try now & enjoy the benefits immediately.

Listen to the CD in the morning & it transforms the whole day. Her words build your confidence & strength, nurturing positivity, eliminating negativity it heals alll past wounds.

Fantastic value - By: , 17 Feb 2006 I must confess that I was never a fan of Louise Hay before this but I've since converted! This smalll book is packed with so much clear & concise information regarding affirmations & is beautifully illustrated throughout. Specific topics such as health, self esteem, forgiveness, job success, relationships are also discussed at some length. It also comes with a CD which is the audio version of this book. So you can choose whether to read the book or listen to the cd. You will not regret buying this set!!!
