I bought this book for my teenager sister. I have not read the book myself but when I talked to my teenage sister about the book she said that it was great & it gave her some insight into some of the things that is going on in her life. The book communicate with her at just the right level.

I am no longer a teenager & I originallly bought this book because I loved the other Andrew Matthews books so much - Being Happy & Follow Your Heart. This book is an overview of a multitude of self help/ personal development ideas. Yes it tells you what you already know, but it does it with humour & style & I for one need reminding from time to time about things which I already know. This book is for those moments when you need to have some distance from your current issues & want to be reminded of the basics, plus made to smile. I would recommend this book to people who are able to look at the lighter side of life whilst having a passion to learn personal development ideas - whatever your age.
