I was very disappointed with this book. The pictures used were unappealing (they were a very dull black & white). It was very thin with very few decent recipes for the price. I would not recommend it.

Since buying the book I have found the menus very good, making the use of the Halogen Cooker more useful knowing that the meals can be very varied & interesting.

It takes a bit of effort to get used to this product but it certainly does what it claims to do. I would recommend buying the stand that is sold separately as the top is very hot during use & could easily damage kitchen surfaces. The accompanying recipe 'book'/instructions are quite basic & I found The Halogen Oven Cookbook more useful although overpriced for what you get.
