This book has nothing original to offer. The pictures are so cheesy (the wedding photo nightmare: looking back on the day & wondering what the hell you were thinking) & the rest seems to be a well hidden marketing campaign. I was expecting a whole lot more for the hefty price I paid.

This book is absolutely brilliant...it covers EVERYTHING & answers alll the questions or concerns you might have about weddings...this is definitely the book to read before planning your wedding...it's even sutable for the 'bride on a budget' as it has a specific section on each chapter on this...this book is highly recommended for anyone that is planning their own wedding or helping someone else to do so.
Wedding must have! - By: Michelle Finnigan, 23 Aug 2006 This book is absolutely fantastic! It covers alll the little areas that are easy to miss & even provides extremely handy count downs for each aspect of your wedding!
It also provides tips to ensure the best of your day from a drinks calculator to handy speech hints.
For the bride it has everything you need to know about dresses, veils, shoes etc.
I thoroughly recommend this book to every bride, groom, mother, father, sister & attendants! What are you waiting for!
The ONE to BUY - By: A. Phillip, 26 Jul 2006 I'm NOT the Bride. I'm the friend of the Groom & sympathetic ear to the Bride!
I had to step in & do something as it was clear the Groom was doing nothing, & over the past 10 years of our friendship I can happily conclude that he would have carried on doing nothing if action wasn't taken. So, I bought this book as a belated Engagement present to save the Brides sanity & to give the Groom a good kick up the backside.
As a result, the Groom has now woken up to the fact that there is plenty to be getting on with even if they do have 12 months before the wedding. The Brides sanity is saved.
For the Bride she has found this invaluable as it's helped her with wedding etiquette & planning, & of course getting the Groom to make some decisions before the BIG day. It's fantasticallly illustrated, beautifully presented & insightfully written. The Author REALLY does know what she is writing about.
I can therefore say with confidence that this is a very good buy, so good in fact that I have bought two copies & I can imagine I will be buying many more in the future as more of my friends get married. It's a life line for alll future Brides & Grooms.
A must for every bride - By: Anne, 20 May 2006 The Wedding Bible is packed with useful information as well as beautiful photographs about planning a wedding in the real world. Sarah's writing style is expert & friendly, you reallly feel like she knows what's she's talking about. The book would make a wonderful present for anyone who is getting married.
