I chose this book because I had already read Touching Cloudbase (A book on paraglding by the same author) & found it excellent.
I was not disapointed, this is very comprehensive & answered alll the questions i had, not only about improving my sailing but about buying stuff, setting up your gear etc which is well worth the cover price alone. Great Pictures & illustrations too.
Written in a very easy untechnical style, & well suited to the beginner & to someone like me trying to improve. Not much good to experienced windsurfers or competitors though. Recommended
