What drew me to this book was the fact that the title said "complete ascension manual - How to achieve ascension" - for me personallly it did not tell me anything about how to achieve ascension, there were not steps to follow, it did not tell me reallly what is was, why we need it, how, etc. For me personallly this book did little to help, but it did make me ask more questions !!??

This is an excellent book. It is well written & very easy to understand. The layout is very good & Dr. Stone's style of writing is very easy going. He has a gift of translating difficult concepts into a language we can alll understand. If you are after a book to help you get a handle on life then I can strongly recommend this one. It goes into a great depth on practical spirituality, but at no stage are you left floundering.
