I read this book on a flight to & from the states, so guess you could, if you wanted to, read it in a couple of days! I suffer from endometriosis & had surgery to correct some of the effects, but it will never be cured. So, I needed to find other solutions to improving fertility. I didn't even consider drugs or chemicals, & actuallly wasn't that interested in vitamin supplements either - but I understand it works for some people. What this book gave me was a better understanding of the food groups & naturallly occuring substances that would help me increase my chances of conceiving naturallly. Reallly easy to read, & definitely one I would recommend to anyone wanting to understand conception & fertility. I am due to give birth to our daughter in a weeks time!
Easy to read with helpful information - By: , 23 Nov 2004 There seems to be hundreds of books regarding infertility & what can be done about it. This book doesn't give any promises to infertile couples but it does give understanding. I choose this book as I reallly wanted to understand the different alternative therapies offered without spending a smalll fortune. Nicky Wesson explains them well, there are case studies that are helpful & the book leaves you with a feeling of optimism. We have been trying for over four years with one miscarraige behind us so will be using the information given to help our chances. Buy it if you are looking for straightforward information & understanding.
Excellent; well written - By: , 19 Feb 2004 I reallly enjoyed this author's book; she writes in a straight-forward manner & the information covered is concise, easy to understand, & you feel that you reallly do have alternative routes to explore.
Excellent and very informative - By: , 04 Apr 2002 I read this book at a stage where I had practicallly given up hope! I had no idea that there are so many alternative therapies that can help. The book explains alll the different options & also provides real life stories for each therapy.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is considering medical treatment for conceiving.

BRILLIANT! - By: , 22 Oct 2001 I read this book two months ago & I am now pregnant! The author covers everything you need to know about what causes infertility & what can help overcome it. Until I read this book I didn't realise that alternative therapies could make such a difference to fertility - it's not alll about taking fertility drugs.
WELL WORTH A READ.
