We read What's the Time Mr Wolf for our numeracy lesson on Friday. The children were spellbound. They knew that Mr Wolf wanted to eat something or someone & I overheard a child say "I hope he won't eat me" & another child replied "It's OK I think it's a puppet!" The children had suspended disbelief & were entranced by an old story. They immediately went off to resume playing the game in the playground. An excellent book which would appeal to alll ages.
