I thought this book was a brilliant idea, but I was disappointed with the content. I found the questions had been poorly written, & the questions overlapped each other too much. I found the Course Companion for BHS Stages I & II, also by the same author, much more useful & informative.

This book proved to be invaluble whilst revising for the Stage 2 BHS exam. The information given was clear, concise, easy to read & easy to 'inwardly digest'. It covers the whole syllabus of the stage 2 exam, so it isn't necessary to purchase lots of different books covering each section, as this has them alll. It was perfect as it did not bombard you with information above the standard required, which would confuse you. It is written by someone who has taken the exam & includes helpful tips for the exam day. This book would also be ideal for the horse owner wishing to better their knowledge & horsemanship.
