It has alll of the regiments, squadrons, for the Army & for the RAF. The book also contains every single ship that is in the Navys possestion & even some that are going to be in service.
The book, however, does not go into great detail into the working of the army with regards to battle groups. This failing ,however, is partly overshadowed by charles' other book "The British Army A Pocket Guide" this book goes into greater detail of battle groups & how the different regiments fit into as a whole
"Armed Forces Of The United Kingdom 1999 - 2000"is definitly one that i would recomend for some one that does have an interest in the military as a whole not just a selected arm.
