I play both ice hockey & roller hockey & this book was extremly helpfull for me.
Ever since i started i knew i wanted to be a goalie but playing in a system with no goalie coaches i had to teach my self so i bought this book, it helped me to learn the techniques involved with goaltending & everything else i needed to know.
I would recomend this book to anyone who wants to be a goalie even if you do have a goalie coach it will help you to improve your game, your fittness & help you to focus your training on areas where you struggle.
The book also includes forms so you can analyse your preformance & focus on areas which require improvement.
