As an overview this reallly is an excellent book, although it's definitely written for the more advanced guitarist. It makes the assumption that you know the basics & your way around the guitar. It is well written with great explanations for the lesson/exercise. The photos are a bit on the smalll side & therefore are not very clear, although they're not essential in understanding the lesson.
The layout of the book is a little disappointing as sometimes they do try to cram too much onto the page i.e. changing the font size of the tabs to fit them on the page

The book has alll the exercises that will help you to get great sounds from your guitar, from just plain picking to finger tapping.

I found some of the exercises a little tricky as they can be very advanced, but for the more experienced guitarist this should pose no problem.

I found it extremely interesting to find out how the big guns in the guitar world use these exercises as practice or warm ups before gigs. It just goes to show how good these guys reallly are.

Since using this book I can honestly say that I feel more confident playing the guitar & it has definitely improved my finger placements.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their Guitar playing.
