In this very readable book, Mary Beth O'Neill removes the frequently feared challlenge of coaching executives & senior managers. In a step by step process, she gives professionals an overview & worked examples of how it is in real life in the corporate & smal business owner world. As a coach, I found the book practical, yet encouraging. If you have coached & had some training this will top up your skills & have the confidence to do more of this much needed work. As someone once said to me, 'These people are not to be frightened of, they are flesh & bone like the rest of us!', which I have found true. These guys are just people at the end of the day & MBO very clearly & readably reinforces this view. A must read.
