Lack of basic words and wrong verb form. - By: marius_mollersen@hotmail.com, 04 Jun 2002
This "dictionary" had no English entries at "pl-". Think of words like "please", "place" & "pleasant". They should be in even the smalllest of dictionaries. It has also chosen the infinite as the entry form for hungarian verbs, which, belive me, is a very bad choice. 3rd person present tense is the commonly used. (for Hungarian). The grammatical explanations in the middle are in parts wrong. Go look for something else!
unprofessional - By: Mr. L. Goddard, 11 Jan 2002
The main flaw of the book is its lack of use of phonetic transcription. Instead, it employs Hungarian transcriptions of the English words that are of no use whatsoever, moreover they are misleading & inaccurate. Thus from this point of view the book is highly unprofessional & does not qualify itself as a dictionary.
