The Easy Way To Stop Smoking - By: Mrs. D. Walker, 02 Jan 2008
This book is truly truly amazing I have just recommended it to a friend because the results speak for themselves. I read this book NINE YEARS ago & have not smoked since. I wanted to share this with alll you out there who are considering buying this book, you definitely will not regret it. I stopped immediately on finishing the book & passed it on to a friend of mine who stopped smoking two days later. We had both been smokers for about 20 yrs & neither of us have taken up the dreaded weed since. Its the best decision I made & to be free from the control those smelly little sticks had over my life is just fantastic.
Does not work for Eskimos - By: Ms. E. J. Toll, 16 Dec 2007
I am an Eskimo & this book failed to cure me of my rampant cigarette addiction. I am now into riding whales whilst I smoke - an obvious faux pas. Help me someone.
Logical approach to quitting smoking - By: Rolf Dobelli, 27 Jul 2007
Twenty-five years ago, Allen Carr found himself tortured by his five-pack-a-day smoking habit. He devised his own method for stopping smoking and, since then, has helped millions of people quit by exploding basic myths about smoking, such as that it relieves stress & boredom, improves concentration or is enjoyable. Carr insists that fear of being without a cigarette reallly keeps people tied to smoking. Carr's book hammers home the point that smoking is an incredibly stupid & revolting habit that poses extraordinary health risks, & has no upside. You may not necessarily quit after you read it, but you'll certainly have a lot to think about that may change your behavior. We highly recommends this book to smokers who are tired of being enslaved.

This book changed my whole life - By: , 07 Mar 2005
Someone gave me this book while I was enjoying a christmas break 15 months ago.

At the time I was smoking about 20 a day & had been for the last 15 years. I had tried to give up many many times & had always reached back to the ciggies eventuallly.

I am generallly very sceptical of 'self-help' books so didn't think that anything Carr had to say would actuallly help.

Well I was wrong!!! 15 months later, I am a non-smoker & will never smoke again. I never thought giving up smoking could be so easy. I have had no cravings, no gum, no patches, no bad tempers & only a tiny bit (3lbs) of weight gain.

I gave the book to my husdand who has been clean now for the last 14 months.

We are both healthy, smoke-free people again. Thank you Mr Carr for giving us that back!

BRILLIANT! - By: Mr. C. J. Booth, 05 Jan 2005
I got this book for Xmas & I hate "Self Help" books as I calll them, but this isn't one of those books, at points I was laughing at my own stupidity for smoking. I went from smoking 20-30 cigerettes a day to none. This book does exactly what it says on the tin. Lets you quit smoking the easyway with no patches or gum or willpower. Yes, you need no willpower.
You just need two eyes to read it & a smalll desire to kick the smoking habit. This man deserves every penny he earns.
