This book has changed my life, every woman should read it the earlier the better. Its complete & covers everything. Well done John Lee you have helped many woman understand what is going on inside our complex system, it helps us to be better wifes for our husbands, better mothers to our children & anyone else who comes into contact with us at any time of the month !! I need this book in Spanish for my friends who don't ready English.
Should be compulsory reading for all women over 30. - By: , 14 Jan 2002 Many women now suffer heavy periods & PMS. Breast cancer & uterine cancer rates have increased. Women often also suffer with anxiety, exhaustion, headaches, skin problems, which are alll hormone related. Dr Lees book has a simple remedy for alll of them. It is quick, prescription free & absolutely brilliant. Because of this book I no longer suffer from panic attacks which had caused agoraphobia. It's a life saver.
Be warned - read it & you will be diagnosing everyone you know.

I ordered this book because I was suffering from migraines related to the contraceptive pill. It has reallly shocked me out of manyof the beliefs I've held alll my life about women's health. Dr. Lee reallly explains issues that doctors , paid indirectly by the pharmaceutical companies, gloss over. I have still to see if the authors recommendations work, however.
