All the songs in the book are tabbed except "bring me to live" & "going under" they are done in rhythm slashes with the chords at the top,
Also theres a few tunings for the songs which makes it hard to play them unless you have a few guitars, & thick strings for the low tunings.
The tunings are.. standard E tuning - Drop D -Drop B - Drop A -Drop D in flat
So you can see how hard it is to play certain songs with alll the different tunings.
I would suggest 11-15-22p-30-42-54 - 12-16-24p-32-44-56 gauge strings if you want to play the low tunings.

I bought this book a few years back off of Amazon & I found it to be exceptionallly useful. Obviously you need to be able to understand notation & sheet music in general, & in the case of guitar tabs, knowledge of guitar tab notation. If this is you & you want to be able to play the excellent music of Evanescence, then look no further. This book does everything you need & want. You'll find highly detailed notations & layouts & the guitar tabs very well written. I personallly love the fact that I can play the album version of My Immortal on piano/ keyboard exactly as it should sound. Top notch!!!
If you do not know how to read music but still desire to play the music in this book then I can recommend a book callled "Learn To Read Music" by Howard Shanet to get you started.
