A Great introduction to Hypnosis - By: Mr. P. A. King, 30 Apr 2002
This was the first book I bought on hypnosis back when I was curious about what it was alll about. There is just enough technical information in there to give you an informed introduction to Hypnosis & hypnotherapy. Layed out in a college lecture style, it is informative, interesting & once started I found it difficult to put down! If you are interested in hypnosis & the therapeutic applications this is a good starting point.
Very informative... - By: studio@nsmillinery.mailbox.as, 04 Feb 2001
At first when I began to read this book I found it most frustrating, it becomes obvious that C.Roy Hunter(Author)holds great respect for his former mentor Mr Charles Tebbetts, but I didn't feel the need to be reminded of this on almost every page of the book.

If you can bring yourself to ignore this smalll annoyance ( I suggest a simple self hypnosis technique ) you will find that this book is a world of infomation & a very big help for trainee's, like myself.

The Art of Hypnosis, has everything you need to know, from mastering basic techniques to ethics & potential dangers. The entire book is presented like a college course, enableing you to get the most out of it.

If your learning hypnosis or interested in information about it, then this book is definatly a must have.
