Infinite Sea of Potential - By: Susan Donlon, 25 Oct 2008
Before attending a seminar this past summer given by Dr. Dispenza, I read this book & found it as fascinating & life altering as the seminar itself. I find myself returning to this book for inspiration & to remind myself that I am not simply flesh & blood but an amazing dynamic living organism. Where emotions do not need to rule my actions or thoughts. Discovering how the mind works & processes thoughts & actions is one of the most profound & powerful tools you can have in creating & living the life you want - not one that is riddled by fleeting emotional ups & downs.

Two other author's works I highly recommend are by Ariel & Shya Kane. The Kanes' work is based in their technology callled "Instantaneous Transformation" where neutrallly observation of unwanted behaviors, without judging, can have a quantum shift not just in regards to that behavior but in alll areas of your life. The Kanes books "Working on Yourself Doesn't Work: The 3 Simple Ideas That Can Instantaneously Transform Your Life", "Being Here: Modern Day Tales of Enlightenment" & "How to Create a Magical Relationship" along with their #1 internet radio show callled "Being Here" on The 7th Wave Network channel on Voice America.com are alll simply brilliant.

To quote Dr Dispenza "in this infinite sea of potentials that exist around us, how come we keep creating the same realities?" With accessible & insightful works like his & the Kanes you don't need to keep creating unwanted or unsatisfying ways of being or living in today's world.
First class subject material - By: Gary Bate, 18 Sep 2008
Dispenza has done a first class job of explaining how our brains work, the role of consciousness & how the brain facilitates it, & the resultant effects upon the physiology & health of our bodies. Not a quick read because it's packed with relevant detail; but you'll enjoy it if you're interested in this field.

Curious - By: Mr Anonymous, 04 Aug 2008
Hmm, bizarre one this. The science bit is reallly good. But then right at the end he starts talking about what you can do about it & it seems reallly incongrous as it's *right* at the back of the book, & in any case he doesn't offer much by way of useful advice - nothing I didn't know already & not particularly well explicated.

That said, the actual science part is reallly good (or seems like it to me who knows nothing about brain science) & written in a very accessible manner. The only thing is there is no central premiss in the book interwoven throughout, hence it seems a bit bizarre & unstructured.

Nevertheless, a good read IF you're interested in how the brain works & not that much if you want to do anything about it (for which I would recommend the work of Tony Robbins).
Amazing - By: M. A. Morley, 04 Apr 2007
This is a great read just for the fun of it, Dispenza's story of self healing a broken back is amazing but without any bull & he shows the key elements of others who ahve done this too.
This book also goes into great detail on how the mind brain & body work together from mainly a scientific viewpoint & how we can make changes to evlove our frontal lobes to quickly change bad patterns of behaviour & replace them with good.
the advice is simple & achieveable by anyone who can read.
Its not a short book as its crammed with lots of information but if you just wish to get to the nitty gritty of making changes its possible to skip the understanding & just work on the bits you need

I hope he will write further books in the future
