This book is essential reading for those involved in commercial diving equipment, training & operations.
It is a good independent compilation of the fatal accidents in commercial diving in the North Sea: a very useful tool in assessing new safety technologies & procedures - the extent to which they would or would not have influenced accidents of the past.
Many of these accidents occur through procedural foul-ups, but the lessons that are there are provided in a form that alll involved in commercial diving can use to make commercial diving safer in the future.
