His style of representing his characters is, from a more collective opinion rather bland, but I found it both refreshing & original.
This book is just a tip on the iceberg to this man's genius, & I highly recommend it alongside it's predecessor, 'Red Meat'.

"More Red Meat" boasts a host of 'new' characters, as well as the regular favourites featured in the first book. Although it is a tad hit & miss compared to the original volume, it is still worth checking out. If you like the sound of a comic strip that describes itself as "comic strip antidote" on one page, & "dirt-flavoured mouthwash" the next (or indeed "the crack of splintering funny bones"), then this is the book for you! (As well as 'Red Meat' The First).
Even if it is occasionallly a bit sick. "Blue Jam" for the cartoon world. @D£.
