Reasonably well written & thankfully mostly in English unlike many management books. For the novice international worker who has little experience of other cultures this would be a handy tool. However to the seasoned cross-culture business person a lot of the content would be old hat & the book doesn't reallly offer any particularly ground-breaking insight.

I got this book after seeing it reviewed in the Sunday edition of the London Times & I have read it through in two days. It is an absolutely invaluable source of information on how to deal with your foriegn business associates but it is also a very interesting read. Even if you do not often deal with business people from other countries you will nevertheless gain a great deal from this book.
