I normallly rave about HFW's works but this left me a tad disappointed. Basicallly a diary with the odd reference to UK food 'heroes', a few recipes & a smalll sprinkling of dates of local markets/agricultural shows (dare I say with a West country bias?). With a little more thought & research this could have been better.
