I found this book to be a very interesting read for everybody regardless of religion. Ina time where materialism & greed has eclipsed the need for human values;it is essential that books like these inculcate our children with the use of simple language & graphics. A very good concept in that a story can be read per day every year. However, this book has such a repat value that you will want to read it once the kids go to sleep.

I brought this book as a present for my sister who needed a child friendly bible for her RE lessons. I've used mine in school for several years & find it presents the key messages in a simple, clear & enjoyable way with beautiful illustrations to match every story. Whether you religious or not, this book makes a great gift for any primary teacher or any child.

The Children's Bible in 365 Stories (one for every day of the year) picks out the highlights of the Bible & describes them in very accurate descriptions & is complimented by gorgeous drawings which help make this Bible one of the most colourful I have ever seen. From Genesis to Revelation, Old Testament to New Testament & from Moses to Jesus, this Bible is the perfect companion to any kid (or any adult for that matter) who wants to know about the Bible. My copy has falllen to pieces after years of reading, but I haven't finished with it yet!
