Fantastic - By: aethelred, 13 Oct 2007
I have used this book with several Y1 classes & alll the children have loved it. The can join in & do actions to the story. I have found to be very successful in helping children who have behaviour problems & is a reallly good starting point for discussions. Well worth buying!!

I love it!!!! - By: Ms. S. L. Kemp, 08 May 2006
This book is fantastic! I first encountered it 2 years ago when I started work at a nursery, & since then it has been a firm favourite for both myself & the kids. Even the youngest kids in the class love joining in with the repetitive phrases such as 'bopping them on the head' & the best bit is definitely when they get to shout out 'goonie', accompanied by many giggles & looks of delight. Anyone who has kids or works with them should have this book. It will appeal to alll ages, even the grown ups love it!! It is fun, interesting, has so many different things in it that kids love: animals, a fairy & best of alll a naughty rabbit who rides a motorbike. The moral of the story is great & it is easy to lead onto a discussion after the story about what was foofoo doing wrong, why the fairy turned him into a goonie, why you should be nice to your friends etc. Overalll a fun yet educational book that everyone should own. Little Rabbit Foo Foo, will he ever learn? - By: Caroline Rossiter, 28 Oct 2005
Well done Michael Rosen. Excellent book using the traditional old english rhyme from Chaucer & Shakespear, my children love it! My children at work love it! It gives them a wonderful chance to retell the story & join in, which if your a teacher/nurery nurse you will know that is one of the steeping stones in Communication, Language & Literacy.
