Really Awful - By: ML, 01 Apr 2008
It is terrible. Filled with cliche, predictable & a general waste of time. It is light enough to read during sex, at least if you are the lead character in the book.
awful - By: J. roberts, 02 Aug 2007
i skim read most of this book, just to see if it got any better near the end, it didn't. either i'm getting too old for chick lit (perish the thought) or this just isn't one of the good ones. in my opinion the author tried too hard to be funny & wasn't. couldn't take to any of the characters.
Could not put it down! - By: Kimberley J. Grogan, 11 Jun 2007
This is the first Kathy Lette I have read & I think I will definitely be hunting down the rest of her books after reading this. Even though I'm a single 19 year old, I found the book very witty & humourous. I couldn't put it down the first time I read it & I have read it many times since then.
Funny, but felt the plot got a little lost. - By: Mrs. N. J. Kewley, 10 Jun 2007
My husband actuallly bought me this as a valentines day present, i had seen it previously in the bookstore & i found the title & the chapter names entertaining.

Initallly i found the book very witty & insisted on reading exerts of it to my husband, & regailing friends & family members with some of the more amusing anecdotes. However, i felt that the plot got lost somewhere mid way through & the storyline jumped around to much making it difficult to follow what was going on. I frequently had to backpedal a few pages to ascertain what exactly was happening. It very quickly became very fanciful & increasingly implausible.

Despite it's flaws it was an amusing book, & worth reading if you have ever been in a long term relationship or married as you will find yourself relating to it. "Where there's a will, i want to be in it."
Lette us praise Kathy - By: Terry Weaver, 04 Jun 2007
My first venture into the writings of Kathy Lette & a thoroughly enjoyable one. Admittedly I found the plot to be a tad fanciful & frivilous at times but nevertheless I heartily recommend this fast paced & fun filled novel.
