The recipes in this book have blown me away. Being an Indian growing up in the UK, I have been used to eating the curries my Mum & Gran have cooked for me; but never created them myself. An English friend of mine bought this book & made me a meal from it - it was as if my Mum had cooked it herself! I have since bought it & plan to impress her with my culinary skills!
