This is yet another 'Little Book' collection of teachings from the Dalai Lama. It is great to dip into for that extra spiritual boost or for a thought for the day, but the ideas (by necessity of the format) are very basic & have no great depth to them. This is no criticism overalll as the book intends to be a collection of phrases & insights from over the years & not an explanation of Buddhist ideas. Just to warn you though that there are better Buddhist, & Dalai Lama, books to give you a deeper insight into Buddhism & the path it follows. A great little book, with some nice ideas, presented beautifully & perfect for that daily boost. What more can you ask for?
