SONEJI RETURNS - By: Nevs, 27 Sep 2007
Gary Soneji, the serial killer introduced in Cross's first case, is back & killing indiscriminately.

There is no pattern to these slayings, no motive, no similarity in the victims. WHERE WILL CROSS BEGIN ?

I would rather go blind than read any more of this book. - By: Benjamin Brown, 06 Jun 2007
My workmate leant me this book, & I'm beginning to think it was a trick. Its so painfully childishly bad it makes me angry just thinking of the wasted half an hour I spent wading through it's turgid pages. I dont think there is a single genuine character in the book, & the writer doesnt seem to have any serious grasp of the english language.

I've never written a book review before but this was so painful i just had to vent. Someone please take away that mans laptop.
Please, enough. Someone shoot the author - By: Mark Mewell, 01 Jun 2007
I got this free with a newspaper. Now I know why. A 'thriller' written by numbers with boring characters & hysterical villains. There are more plot-holes than plot links in this turgid tale of a cop on the hunt for a Batman style killer. The hero, Alex Cross is so flawless it's astonishing that he doesn't sprout wings & carry a harp. That said, the chapters are mercifully brief & encourage the reader to turn the pages - if only to get the end as quickly as possible. How does this stuff get published?
