This book by Simon Brown is just what it says a reallly practical modern approach to Feng Shui . His advice is realistic & easy to understand follow & apply.You dont need to buy expensive compasses draw detailed plans , or move house !!!
All of Simons book in my experience are the best ones on Feng Shui, I have read numerous ones, by lots of different people.The other books are good , but his are BRILLIANT !!!

This is a very good book, without the mumbo jumbo you find in so many other books on Feng Shui. Clear explanations, clear illustrations, a very good lay-out... one of the best available. My only complain (?) is that I don't think 9 Star Ki & other astrological info is reallly that mportant but this is a smalll part of the book so I just ignore it. 9 Star Ki is in fact a Japanese astrological system & its value is on par with other astrological systems: believe it if that makes you happy! For some reason only macrobiotic practioners use it, either in conjunction with Feng Shui or alone. Go figure!
Excellent book! - By: luisa@bvl.pt, 12 Jan 2001 This is an excellent book - good & clear explanations on the Feng Shui principles (Yin & Yang, 5 transformations, 9 Ki astrology...), lots of good tips & ideas, & visuallly also very nice.
Brilliant ! - By: , 09 Jul 1999 This is Feng Shui for the real world; a nice, down to earth guide- unlike a lot of other Feng Shui books available. Best of alll, the tips actuallly seem to work !
