I have had this book for years now. I have lost & gained weight in many ways. But I always end up taking Geoffreys book out & rereading it,to remind myself that there is no way around it. Yoyoing is not healthy & his book explains it alll so it is easy to understand. He & his co- writer don't knock anyone. They use facts & logic to explain why your body fights weightloss, & even better, they explain what you have to do, & how much, to make your metabolism better.Oxygen! which means exercise,yes. So stay away if you don't want to hear the truth.

P.S. This book is very motivating.I recommend that you take a look anyway!!!!
