Amazing book - By: Jason Hollywood, 18 Jul 2008
I first read this book in 2000. Working through the exercises & making massive changes in my life empowered me to help others.
Hogwash - By: Walter Braun, 27 Mar 2008
There is no genuine science her, & "unlimited" is nothing but a foolish concept. How does this lucky guy dare to preach the world if he is unable to hold his own water (left his wife...)? The whole book is based on the narrow notion that we humans are bio-computers, ready to be manipulated, because alll we want is to avoid pain & maximize pleasure. Avoid!
AWASOME TONY ROBBINS - By: E. Ahmed, 09 Dec 2007
U KNOW WHAT TONY IS ONE GUY WHO HAS RADICALL CHANGED LIVES AND ANYONE WANTS TO DISPUTE THEY CAN BUT THE FACTS STAND. TONYS DONE A HECK OF LOT RESEARCH AND HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. HIS A LIFE COACH AND A DAMM GOOD FRIEND TO MANY. OK HE'S ASKING FOR YOU TO MAKE SOME CHANGES BY CHANGING YOUR DIET, GUESS WHAT TONY'S GOT MORE ENERGY THAT THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANNA SLAG OFF A VEGIE DIET. YOO GUYS DONT KNOW WHO I AM THATS GREAT BUT MY LIFE HAS CHANGED AND MY DIET HAS CHANGED. I DONT HAVE DIABETES NO MORE AND BY HECK ID ONT HAVE TO TAKE THE GARBAGE MEDICATION FROM DOCTORS. THATS THE DIFFERENCE. NOW THOSE WHO ARE SCARED TO CHANGE THEIR DIETS GONA GET A LIFE INSTEAD WASTING TAX PAYERS MONEY ON THE NHS
Faulty but weighty - By: Peter Jones, 02 Aug 2007
I have been reluctant to review Anthony Robbins as I have loads of his stuff & like this review it never seems to get to the point!

But I give this 5 stars because amongst the padding there are some great ideas for taking control of your thoughts. Written with bags of enthusiasm & giving practical examples, this book is worthwhile.

If you only get one book or tape by Robbins, get this one.
readable but not fully digestable - By: meatandveg, 25 Apr 2007
I went on one of this author's workshops, which I found to be fairly reasonable in content. I found the book to be the same, sometimes a pleasure to read certain parts & sometimes a pain to follow the author's dictum. This is saturated with good advice, but I never reallly found the thread of connection. Maybe some of his audio might be better?
