If your not a fan you may be a bit lost but if your a fan then you'll love it because it covers alll the monsters from season 1-4 & this includes vampires & invisable people. The pics are great & it explores alll sides of it.

It covers seasons 1-4 with most creatures being described in detail with 'history' & Joss Whedon's influences (as well as true life myths of such creatures). I wouldn't be the same without it, my bfavourite book.
I absolutely love this book!! - By: , 26 Dec 2000 I bought this book a month before it came out in the U.K as I was on holiday in Florida. This book sums up every demon, vampire, ghost & general baddy that was on the first 4 seasons of Buffy. I can't wait for the 5th January 2001 when Buffy Season 5 returns to Sky 1!! Please buy it as it will change your life forever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ab-fab - By: , 15 Oct 2000 This is an absoulutly amazing book, it covers everything from Vampires & Wearwolves, to Witches & Human monsters (Faith). Brilliant companion to the show & the photo inserts are brilliant, especiallly the 'Anthony Stewart Head becomes a Fyral Demon' pictures.

This is published by Pocket Books & so looks good along side The Watcher's Guide (and presumably TWG2 due out soon). As you would expect from Chris Golden its chock-full of information, trivia & and quotes from the series. UK viewers should be warned though, it details everything up to the end of Series 4 so has considerable spoilers for anyone watching on the BBC.
A little disappointing in its quality - I noticed a few typos, & mis-quotes - but overalll an interesting, informative & incredibly detailed synopsis of the monsters of Buffy. As the name suggests it deals exclusively with the 'Bad Guys' of Buffy & takes the reader through history, mythology, legend ....and make-up.
Another must-have for the die-hard Buffy fan!
