Gripping insight into the world of Angel Investigations - By: adfarley@lineone.net, 10 Apr 2002
I was a little wary of reading an Angel book but once picked it up I couldn't put it down. Being a fan of Buffy I knew I would be okay with the subject matter but I've hardly seen any of Angel on television. That didn't matter. This excellent book gripped me from start to finish & tells the story of actress Whitney Tyler - who plays a vampire radio shock jock on television. A mysterious group of warriors have taken it upon themselves to kill Whitney, but why? As Angel puts it, "She's an innocent. I've seen it in her eyes".

The story regularly tracks back to Ireland in 1758, back when Angel had just turned into a vampire. This doesn't detract from its fluency, however, & I highly recommend this title to anyone who has an open mind when it comes to science fiction.

A fantastic addition to the "Angel" series! - By: , 30 Jun 2000
I ordered this book before it was even published because Angel:1 (City Of) & Angel 2: (Not Forgotten) were reallly reallly good. I couldn't put it down, & I can't wait till the next one is out.
A MUST HAVE BOOK! - By: , 22 Jun 2000
THIS A GREAT BOOK,TOTALLY EXCELLENT.I THINK THE WRITERS MEL ODOM AND NANCY HOLDER OF THI EXCELLENT SERIES SHOULD GET AN AWARD, AND SO SHOULD THE ACTORS OF THE TV SHOW. A EXCELLENT THING ABOUT THESE BOOKS IS THEY GET LONGER AND LONGER EACH TIME.THIS BOOK IS TOTALLY RECOMMENDED BY ME!
