This book is great if you need to wean your baby before 6 months, I have not found any other book that gives you such clear practical advice for babies before 6 months - it gives you the confidence to wean your baby & being a first time Mom, lets face it you don't have a clue !. It also ensures that you don't over feed your baby & also gives you a meal plan starting from the first week of weaning.
We liked it( my Baby girl & I )and would certainly recommend it.
