Point Of View - By: , 02 Jan 2002
Not very often we get to see a Judge Dredd story told from the perspective of a bystander. Most of the times JD has the lead. Well, thise time we get to read the story from the POV of Judge Galen DeMarco. It's about the same story as "Doomday for Dredd" but told from a different angle, filling in the blanks from that other story. In my opinion, both stories should be read for the full picture. Reading just one of the two willl leave to thinking, "Hey, what about....". And since this one has DeMarco as leading lady, I'm saying thumbs up!
One of the best I've read - By: , 01 Jan 2002
This book is one of the most recent epics in Judge Dredd's history, & follows the story of former Judge Demarco. She starts by working for a private investigator, & working on a missing person case, which erupts into a huge crisis for the Judges - without Dredd! This epic is unique because it runs at the same time as a story following Dredd. I won't say what happens because it kind of ruins the plot, but I can honestly say this is one of the best I've read, & I have read nearly every Dredd epic!!
