This is a brilliant book, looking at the farmers who grow & develop various organic produce. It is written in a month-to-a-chapter format, with each chapter highlighting a particular sector of the organic industry, IE bakery, dairy, meat etc. It has some excellent tips on growing your own produce & tells you what you should be doing in your garden at each point in the year. This was very interesting to read & helpful in increasing my knowledge of organic food & it's benefit in one's diet.

Lovely to see Rachel Rowlands in the book as she makes absolutely wonderful organic yogurts just down the road from us here in Wales. Anyone tried the newest one with organic Maple Syrup added?
