Great for cooks with more than a smattering of experience! - By: , 05 Jun 2001
I have found this book to be a constant source of inspiration for my attempts liven up the boring bolognese & have used the spicy prawns with pasta on numerous occasions to great effect.
Many of the recipes do, however, require a little more than rudimentary cooking skill, a well stocked cupboard & often a little detective work to track down an obscure ingredient or a suitable alternative. The results of perseverance are worthwhile though.
