This was a great book. Tons of cool pictures of Shannon, her family & her friends. Any fan of Shannon or gymnastic fan should pick this up.
Spectacular - By: , 27 Mar 1999 I can't describe how wonderful this book reallly is, any gymnast or dancer should read this! I am a REALLY PICKY reader & I will not read anything that is dull or boring. (I read this book in 2 days!) If you have any interest in reallly committing to anything read this book & reallly get inspired. It also talks about goal setting & stress, witch is a reallly big deal for any gymnast who gives 3 & 1/2 hours every night & still has homework. I would recommend this book to everyone in the sport of gymnastics!

One of the best books I have ever read - By: , 06 Feb 1999 I loved this book!!!!!!!!It told a lot about her life & how she delt with many things.It told reallly good recipes.I read the book in 3 days because it was soooo good.I think you should read it!!!!!!

She talks about how she began gymnastics, her experiences at the Olympics, relationships with her family & coaches & friends & more! Shannon shares color photos, most from her own private collection. Any fan of Shannon's will enjoy this book!
