Excellent - By: Mrs. A. M. Chadwick, 24 Feb 2007
Danielle Steel has written yet another fantastic novel.
A story about two people that have different working backgrounds. Both want to improve their family life but with different things, but there is a price they both have to pay. They have put thousands of miles between them which puts one hell of a strain on their marriage & their love.
I don't want to say too much about the story as that will spoil it for you & that wouldn't be fair.
As soon as you start to read the book the story catches you straight away, never a dull moment & beautifully written as always.
Well Done Danielle another great novel. :-)

It put me right to sleep.if you want to try her for the first time try The long road home.
Boring beyond all belief - By: , 17 Apr 2001
If you'd enjoy reading two people's work & travel itinaries then this is for you. The three main characters are alll unbelievably perfect which makes them incredibly boring. Nothing actuallly happens in the book, we are told the same thing over & over again. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
Slow, Slow, and no way true to life - By: , 17 Jan 2001
Unfortunately I found this book to be very poor, very, very slow & would not recommend you spending your money on it. The whole story would never happen this way in real life. Total Rubbish
Unfortunately not one of her best books ... - By: , 18 Nov 2000
Although I am one of Danielle Steel's greatest fans I found this book one big yawn.. Slow is the operative word & I kept wishing something would happen. We are told the same thing over & over again .... If you miss this one don't loose sleep over it.
