The book gives you lots of model sentences you may need to use during a travel in Italy. Each part has specific titles, such as taxi, amusements, clothing, etc... The contents table at the beginning & the index at the end are both a must for a phrase book: You may find what you want easily. Each word & sentence has its phonetic transcription to help your pronunciation. It's a good book which may help you for a short travel to Italy. But I can't say it's a perfect "phrase book", as there are much more words & typical sentences you must learn.
