This book is highly suited to the needs of any first year psychology undergraduate interested in individual differences in behaviour. It covers alll the major sections of a first year degree course, logicallly & coherently in a structured fashion. Each section follows the same format, brief introductions, followed by theory, practice & criticisms. This is an ideal book for a first read on subject matter, albeit a bit dry, but will give the reader/student a good foundation & ready for a more in depth study.
