Fantastic book! - By: Mr. J. Gidman, 24 Apr 2008
If you are studying for the A+, this book has to be in your library. It's well written, & gives excellent real world examples for you to follow.

If you're not studying for the A+, but you still want to know more about real world PC & user support, then this book should still be on your must have list.
For hands-on labs for the A+ exam, get this book! - By: Michael D. Aldridge, 09 Aug 2007
If you need some hands-on practice for the A+ exams, you reallly ought to invest a little in your career & buy this book. After alll, most of us learn by doing... & in my opinion, there are no better hands-on practice scenarios than the labs included in this book. The step-by-step directions for each lab are clear, & Pyles' writing style is interesting & easy to understand. The book is also filled with helpful notes, tips, & warnings, many of which are critical for you to know for the A+ exams.

In short, I highly recommend this book to anyone studying for the A+ certification. Not only will it help you pass the exams, but more importantly, it will also make you a much better tech.
PERFECT FOR NEW STARTERS AND ADVANCED USERS ALIKE!!! - By: Mr. W. Mustapha, 19 Feb 2007
I havent read the book alll the way through. But have checked some of the scenarios & its alll down to a PERFECT T!!!

This book is for anyone (and I mean anyone) who wants to get started in IT or just how to build or repair PCs.

Everything is detailed out the way it should be & you wont be stumped with alll the jargon either.

I will recommend this book to anyone who wants to know about computers & how they work. TOP NOTCH!
