Michael Feiner was one of the best & my favorite professor at Columbia Business School. The taught the class "High Performance Leadership", one of the most popular classes at school. In his very personal & direct style he presented us numerous situations that required "hands-on leadership", from his long career as senior executive at Pepsi. His ability to package the "intangible" skill to manage & lead people (of alll levels) in practical guidelines that you can use everyday is reallly impressive!
