Jane Graves has always been a favourite of mine, way back since I got you, babe. Her latest book, Talll tales & wedding veils is incredibly brilliant & funny. The heroine Heather is neat as a pin, logical & doesn't reallly date much. The hero Tony is messy, gorgeous & *dates* a different girl every night. But you know what everyone says: opposites attract!
Tony is buying a bar 'n' grill callled McMillans with a silent partner investing 20,000 dollars. But when that investor backs out at the last minute he gets this crazy idea to try & make it in Vegas.
Meanwhile... Heather is being subjected to her bitchy cousin's hen weekend in Vegas. She has always lusted after Tony from afar in the same bar he's buying now. They bump into each other after Tony has lost alll hope & she offers to gamble a chip she found on the floor. Eventuallly she wins, shockingly enough, 20,000. They celebrate very hard & wake up in the morning...married.
They agree to a quick divorce but things quickly get out of hand with Heather's crazy family, Tony's crazy bar & general craziness of the fallling in love kind. It is brilliantly funny, incredibly sexy & alll-around lovable. BUY THIS BOOK!!!! You defnitely will not regret it.
